  : The location was exelent, walking distance from some main attractions. The hotel is located in a quiet street, so not much noise during the nighttime. The kitchenette was so convenient, we could always have cold drinks in the fridge and save money by making lunch and dinner in the room.
  : The pillows were somewhat uncomfortable but we managed. The walls are a bit thin, so we could always hear very clearly when someone closed the door next to us, but it wasn't too much bother.

  : The room was clean and comfortable with a nice little kitchenette plus a small dishwasher - bonus. The housekeeping staff did a lovely job every day which was much appreciated. The air con was noisy which I reported but nothing was done in the 4 days we were there. But at least it functioned adequately in the 30+ heat. Central location near Penn Station and subway was great. Wholefood Markets a block or so away handy for food if one wants to cook in and save money!

  : Breakfast was always busy, crowded and loud! The breakfast selection is rather poor as well. Noisy rooms. The AC system is loud.. Thin walls/ poor soundproofing doors, one hears almost everything from the other rooms/corridor.

  : Very good room, great kitchenette, great breakfast. Left our luggage after check out. A lot of staff all the time. Close to subway station, and amtrak station.
  : At night the area on 8,9 st is a little bit scary.

  : Room and furniture felt new and not worn. Kitchenette is nice to have. Daily service was appreciated.
  : The wait for elevators is way too long. there are only 4 elevators servicing about 40 floors, resulting in long long delays every time we went to or left our room on the 19th floor. If appears that when the elevator reaches a certain weight (even 1/3 full), it will not make any additional stops to pick up passengers. This resulted in many people from the lower floor taking the elevator all the way up first and then ride it down, because the elevator never stopped on the lower floors. The breakfast room is too small to accommodate the morning breakfast rust. Because of that we never took advantage of the free breakfast and opted to eat out instead, which is a lot of fun in NYC anyway.

  : The room was comfortable, clean, quiet, and the bathroom was well constructed with marble and very clean with all the necessary amenities, such as soap, hair conditioning, and shampoo. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were fresh and they accommodated my request not to have down comforters or pillows. The kitchen was adequate and fully equipped with everything except for an oven, but it does have a microwave and a dishwasher, in addition to pots and pans and dishes and silverware. The room itself is pretty small. There’s no place to put away your clothes I had to leave my stuff in the suitcase and on the floor, which essentially gets in the way, but that’s a small price to pay for all of the other amenities that are included.
  : very small room, no place to put your clothes and it’s a very busy building, so when trying to take the elevators doing visit times sometimes it takes a long time for the elevators to stop because they are always full. I believe there is over 40 floors in this particular building.
