  : The addition flooded in the rain and was unusable. There were no eating spoons only big serving spoons. No dishwasher soap provided. Only a rag and paper towels were provided and then we were accused of taking no existent towels supposedly left by the sink. The tv in bedroom didn't work ( but a very nice man came and helped us, he gets a five star rating!), There was no lighter for the gas stove (had to buy one so we could make pancakes), loose black tile in the bathroom that shifts a bit when getting out of the shower, vacasa also claimed we damaged the sheets, one with food that would wash in bleach and the other looks like a dryer burn. The white bath towels and wash rags all had stains. The recliner couch is completely shot with holes in it and if you recline it it is crazy hard to put back. My son's little ball rolled under the other couch and when we lifted it up to retrieve it the floor was filthy underneath and the ball needed washed.
