: Very quiet and comfortable. The host was very friendly. We loved the area as it was a new part of Nice that we hadnt explored before and really enjoyed sitting by the port watching the world go by.
: We arrived late and it would have been easier/quicker to have collected the keys from a lockbox at the apartment but understand and why that isnt workable

: Apartment was clean and had all facilities I needed for my stay (business trip). Only downside for tourists is no balcony/outside space, which wasn't an issue for me. Staff at the office were extremely helpful both beforehand, arranging key pick up out of hours and quickly fixing an issue with hot water (that was caused by workers outside the appartment).
: Directions to the apartment buildings were clear, but the correct entrance had a small sign above the door - the large sign at the right gave the wrong building number! A small map or direction to the correct door would have saved some time and stress, as there is no name/sign at the apartment itself.

: Excellent location by Port Lympia. Tram stop 5 mins walk away & bus 38 right outside. Excellent little supermarket 5 mins walk. Plenty of decent restaurants close by and the fab public transport made travelling into the old town or further afield e.g. to the Allianz stadium a doddle. I always judge a place by the volume of shower water - excellent!
: Could have done with some more mugs & a small bin in the bathroom, but these are small things. An outdoor seating area would have made it even better but great views are almost right outside anyway.

: Kitchen facilities ,enough space to move around your flat
: Although there were kitchen facilities,the pots,dishes,pans and glasses etc,were dirty and the fridge as well.Hot water only in the shower.Really bad idea to get the keys from an office far from the flat!! The staff there,tried to help us but they soon got angry with our questions although their job is to help their guests who do not know their country !! Transport was not close and easy to get home.At the flat,there is only one minibus line to go to the city centre and it is often out of the timetable,otherwise you have to walk a lot !! No nice beach around,no shops just a couple of restaurants.We at least expecred to have sea view as we were told,but our flat was back behind tall buildings only with a few sea view between them.
