: The rooms and living room were comfortable and the parking pand facility in general well secured.
: The wifi barely worked and it could have been a bit better cleaned (dusty). Also, the pool had been emptied and wasn't accessible during our entire stay. The garden faces the street so there's a lot of traffic noise.

: The apartment and complex is very nice, relaxing and comfortable. I particularly liked the mature/green garden and outdoor seating area. It would suit people who want a quiet apartment away from the bustle of the city with nice views around the complex and, don't mind not being able to walk to many local facilities. Also i must complement the management team for immediately responding to my raised concerns about cleanliness by organising for cleaners to come the next day. They were professional in their response.
: It wasn't dirty but also wasnt as clean as i would have expected, eg quite dusty and you can see the peripheral areas such as side tables skirtings aren't dusted/cleaned regularly. The main bed matress was quite stained, i can't understand why they wouldn't use mattress protectors (and then ask guests to strip the beds at the end so they see what they've been sleeping on). So a bit short of attention to detail for relativrly high price point of 250+ euros per night. As someone else mentioned, the pool is cold (even on hot days), and only for the hardiest people to do lengths, not for relaxing and spending much time in. The area aswell was strange; its a rabbit warren full of local drivers speeding around the tight twisty roads, so not the most relaxing place to drive around as a tourist. You can't easily walk to amenities either, on the walk to the nearest supermarket the pavement just becomes a painted line at the edge of the road, didn't feel safe to be walking it with a 4yr old. The bus down to nice is not the most comfortable 25minute charge along twisty roads, then you need to take a tram to get into the city centre/old nice. We did this every day but its a hefty commute and given you can't walk to much in the local area, it all felt a bit restrictive to us. Just our opinion though, I'm sure there are people that like the location, unheated pool etc

: Spacious apartment, lovely garden and fantastic swimming pool which was rarely busy. Good bus service which connected with the tram network, restaurant nearby and local shop and bakery a 15 minute walk away. Riveria Holiday Homes communicated well and arranged a taxi pick up from the airport on our arrival.
: Could do with a bit more equipment in the kitchen. Otherwise couldn't really fault it.
