  : Beautiful apartment with everything needed available. Lovely terrace to sit in. Quiet street but close to amenities and transport.
  : We had a glitch with the door lock when we arrived but Jerome dealt with it professionally and soon after we were able to contact him. He was friendly and patient and organised a refund for our inconvenience. Many thanks

  : The kitchen was very large and had everything you could want to make a meal. The front terrace is lovely to sit out and enjoy! We were very grateful there was a half elevator for the building. Accessing the apartment was very easy with the lockbox across the street.
  : When my daughter and I arrived in the evening we discovered the apartment was very warm. I attempted to turn the air conditioning on, but unfortunately it was not working properly. I contacted Jerome & Boris and asked if I was doing something wrong. They walked me through a few things and mentioned the apartment had been closed up and the air had not been used yet this season. This was unfortunate as the unit ended up needing a service man to fix it upon a further look the next day. We were given fans for the second night and also plug in's for the mosquitoes so we could open the windows at night. There was a fan in the apartment the first night, but we were not alerted to where) and were told the service man would be by at 8:00 am and to make sure we were up so the master bedroom could be available to him. The air conditioning was fixed the third day of our stay thankfully. I wish someone had come over prior to us arriving and cooled the apartment down or at least checked to make sure the apartment was as agreed upon - with the facilities working properly. We felt like we lost 3 days of our visit. It was very hard to sleep and get comfortable at night. This was very inconvenient. In response to the management: When I arrived the air conditioning was not working properly. Again, it took a technician to fix the issue. This isnt about global warming as I do try to make the best decisions on usage, at home and abroad. The apartment was 78 degrees when we arrived and was unable to cool down more than 1 degree in 24 hours. Boris informed me that the apartment had been closed up before I came. We would have been happy to open the windows to cool the apartment, however there are mosquitoes.It should also be noted that no where in your Booking description does it say that the guest is restricted to a certain temperature when in the apartment. Boris also mentioned that we should receive a credit for the two nights - we never received anything.
