  : The staff is exceptional and kind, it's very clean, the pools are great, location is perfect if you don't feel like dealing with the boardwalk being right there... And you can't beat the proximity to the beach, you're basically surrounded by it... This used to be my go to spot pre-children and when they were little!
  : The fact that every until here is supposed to have a parking spot, but unfortunately, if you're not back by right after dinner time, that is not the case. Both nights I stayed, I had to park 2 blocks down at another hotel(with ample parking). After waking the boards for hours with young kids, the last thing we wanted to do was drive around the motel, only to find no spot, then have to walk back to our room. If the situation would've been handled better, I probably wouldn't be so angry, but when I'm told that it's been an ongoing problem, and there is basically nothing that can be done, I don't think I'll be staying here again. I was reimbursed for the money I spent to park, which again, would have been okay, if anyone was actively doing anything to prevent this from happening. Cars without placards in the window got a note put on their vehicle, instead of just having them towed, because they didn't belong there. So, why wouldn't they just keep parking there? And to be told by management that it's an ongoing problem? That's not my problem. I feel like I should have been partially refunded, because I paid for a room that was supposed to come with a parking spot, and it did not.

  : Parking was so tight. My car door got hit in the parking lot. Hard to find a parking spot. No hot water for shower. Room was not very clean, and very small. Bathroom door did not lock. Not a great choice for families. Party like atmosphere.
