  : There didn't seem to be any other overnight guests staying at the hotel on my first night, which was a little disconcerting. Otherwise it was pretty quiet and the newly renovated bathroom was very nice.
  : There was no mini fridge, microwave or hair dryer to use, which now is pretty standard fare for most two-star and above motels and hotels. Also, even though this was a very convenient location, there was a lot of traffic late at night on MacArthur Blvd.

  : good location; i liked how everything was within walking distance. staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room had microwave and small fridge
  : the room was decent but the chairs that were in the room were stained and dirty. we covered those with the hotel towels. phone in the room didn’t work if we needed to call office about something. towels that were in the bathroom looked dirty but we had brought our own towels so we didn’t use them

  : The sink was clogged and leaking with no fix for five days. I got one of the the most unaccommodating rooms as a long term client. Being charged over $100 a night. No fridge. No microwave.

  : They still have not returned my security deposit. I have not seen it at all adjusted back to my account. The staff has a horrible condescending tone when addressing any concerns or requests. They literally would not give me towels in the middle of the night, upon request, until "cleaning staff" came in 4 hours, or more later. Also, the shower in the first room they placed us in had a sharp object that tore through my partners foot, slicing it. They refuse to accept responsibility and have not even apologized. The sink fell through the counter from the weight of water for shaving. Finally, in the last room the AC went out totally. I reported it but they did nothing. We had no AC for last two days, and I am on so many meds that I nearly fell out from the heat inside during the day.
