  : The room given to us was not sea view at all. Yet they charged hefty rate £548 for two nights. There is nothing special about that room. Definitely it was highly overpriced. I booked that hotel based on what was advertised on booking.com. when confirmation came through the rate they charged was not clear at all, printed way down the page. I assumed I got confirmation at tge same rate as on the webside. I then confirmed booking. The night before my arrival I received an email from the hotel and now I could not cancel. This time the rate was visible. Then again the email came wirh a very unfriendly tone, that I must check in before I arrived. I went online and tried to check in. An extremely complicated booking system, asking all kinds of intrusive questions. Even then their information was outdated. For instance, I had to enter my own as well as my paetner's nationality, selecting from drop down menu. The trouble was the list does not cover all countries in the world. My partners country was not listed. I had to call the hotel late night to infirm them about the awkward situation. It was a hassle. Definitely NOT a good value for money hotel.
