  : Fridge did not work wasted 200 dollars of food. Carpets were dirty and loaded with hair. Only 1 parking spot. 2300 dollars for a place that should have been 1400 at the most. Only had half of a toilet paper holder. Should have been refunded for my all my wasted food. Oh and the couch legs fell off the first time someone sat on it.

  : The property was an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. The house was clean when we got there and fit our group of ten nicely. And very nice backyard area.
  : The fridge was hard to keep cool but the freezer worked well.

  : It was a lot more spacious than we thought it would be. There was a loft bed we didnt even know about. There was some utilities , cleaning supplies, pots and pans, and wifi we didnt know about. It fit our group perfectly. I read some reviews that the fridge didnt work, but id you turn it on freezing it works perfectly fine. The balcony and back patio was nice, didnt even know we had them. Everything was laid out very nicely and it was clean. There was only two parking spaces but there is lots of room for parallel parking nearby. It was perfect for us.
  : There was a couple light bulbs out but it wasnt that big of a deal. There was a screen or two from windows broken just left around the house, but tucked out of the way. There was no towels for showering in the bathrooms, so we had to go purchase some. The carpets were a little stained but that wasnt that much of a concern. The one closet downstairs had some pairs of shoes in it, and the fans made really loud noises when on.
