  : The location was excellent...a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The design and feel of the apartment was nice & cozy. Nice little kitchen. Front and back porches were nice.Air conditioning cooled the place very well. Cable TV and DVD player were a plus.
  : Bed in one of the two rooms was too big for the room...person on side of the bed that was up against the wall had to crawl over the other person in order to get to the floor. Bathroom was small but sufficed. Had to supply own linens.

  : Where do I begin. Trash all over porch and beer bottles in yard plus garbage cans turned over in yard. Yard not mowed and overgrown with weeds. Inside ants crawling on kitchen counter, refrigerator had black mold on seal with black mold on floor coming out from under fridge, mattress pad had sand all over it, sand and dirt all over floors, a/c unit plugged with dust and dirt, bathroom has black mold around bottom of shower. Back porch riddled with old rusted bikes, old gas and George Foreman Grills, rotten boards on deck, outdoor shower nonfunctional (smelled like human urine, rotted boards, and shower head broken). I contacted rental company and let them know our dissatisfaction and they had a cleaner come in and I explained my daughter and I cleaned the location for us to stay in already and didn’t need a cleaner however one still came and my husband’s cell phone charger was stolen. We even took video of our belongings before we left knowing maintenance was coming to address those problems. We met the maintenance man and was very nice! He stated a different person comes into clean. He could not address all problems due to it being the actual land owners responsibility and to me she doesn’t like to keep the place up to date but enjoys the money coming in from tenets. I hope whoever stayed after us enjoyed there stay. My daughter and I cleaned it as best as we could to make it livable for a week.
