  : I liked the location, two blocks away from the beach. The pool was convenient. People were very friendly around.
  : I traveled with my husband and my toddler, (shes 2)Also my brother. We managed to open the door which took forever but its fine. The apartment WASNT clean, I was furious because I have a two year old walking barefoot everywhere and her feet were legit black from the dirt. I dont think that anyone mopped the place to be that dirty. Bathroom tub absolutely nasty, full of dust and the mat on the shower was disgusting and somewhat molded. The balcony had cigarette ash everywhere in the table , idk what your cleaning crew is doing but deff not clean.

  : Loved the location and the decor. The place was clean and comfy. There were an adequate amount of amenities available in the unit.
  : It was not clear/easy to get the permit for the free parking space, so we ended up just giving up and parking on the street around the corner, which was not a big issue since it was off-season. This could be improved - for example, leave a parking permit in the unit for guests to use during their stay, rather than requiring them to go to an office a couple blocks away to retrieve one.

  : Only the distance from the boardwalk.
  : This place was absolutely disgusting. We got there & the place was filthy! Bathroom was disgusting, built up dust, toilet & mirror dirty. Kitchen trash can had used feminine products & was only covered by a trash bag. Pillows had a weird smell & bed sheets had a blood stain on it. Paying $275 for a cleaning fee is absolutely ridiculous just to get to a dirty apartment!! Would not recommend.

  : The apartment was big enough to accommodate the whole family comfortably! The balcony was a very nice bonus with this apartment. It was also very cute and had every necessity needed. Close enough to every location that you could just walk instead of drive.
  : The lock on the door was a little tricky when locking from the outside. You have to jiggle the door and mess with it a good bit to get it to lock. There were also way too many people able to use the pool, for the size of the pool. There also was not enough parking. We had a reserved spot and had to park 2 blocks away on the street most of the time which is inconvenient with a toddler.
