: Location, ocean view, and updated furniture and decor!
: Pros: location, ocean view, and updated furniture and decor.Cons: Customer service of rental office, safety of the unit (door lock was broke and the rental offices denied coming over until the next day to fix the locks on the door) we had to put coolers with ice and other items in front of the door to try to feel safe, my reservation was cancelled and no one notified me. Drove all the way to Ocean City to find out. Thankfully the unit was still available and we was able to stay, otherwise we would have been homeless. The tub was extremely slippery, I actually fell when stepping in to take a shower. There was a bath mat in the tub but it was so dirty we had to take it out. The front door has no springs, my ankle is swollen from the screen door hitting my ankle at full speed. Customer service of rental office overall was ok. When I mentioned my concerns, they appeared to be irritated and not concerned about any of the issues above. Especially the locks on the door. When I stated that I have elderly family staying and they are afraid that someone would break in, there response was thats not going to happen. This property is managed by a company called Holiday Real Estate Inc. also known as Holiday OC. Somehow they manage their bookings with RedAwning.

: Lovely condo on the beach! Comfortable beds. It was nice to have a full kitchen and two full bathrooms. Great balcony. Close to all the action on the boardwalk.
: No real complaints. Just minor stuff. A few of the lights didnt work. Some of the outlets were loose (so that my phone charger literally fell out of the outlet).

: Filthy, dirty, gross, run down, needs a paint job, electrical outlets don't work, furniture is old and gross, hair in fridge and bathrooms, nasty carpet, my feet were black on the bottoms from walking through the living room barefoot, extra cost for towels and linens
