  : This property was the biggest disappointment I’ve ever experienced in a hotel stay. I literally have nothing good to comment about, and I am not a natural complainer/nor to I leave bad reviews unless it was REALLY bad. And this place was HORRIBLE.
  : Hands down the worst stay I’ve ever had at a hotel - and I travel often and I truly do not have the highest expectations. A kind and hospitable staff can go far in terms of comfort and happiness, but this place had the rudest staff at check in. I couldn’t use the bathroom in the lobby after a 10 hour drive without the extremely rude staff member telling me that I needed to fill out an ungodly amount of paperwork stating I would not steal their room items, I needed to give them my driver’s license, vehicle registration & plate number…etc. AND TO TOP IT OFF, I NEEDED A SPECIAL KEY TO USE THR LOBBY BATHROOM. The receptionist was behind safety glass (not for Covid reasons), but because it’s unsafe. Make your own judgement there on the safety of the location. I only stayed here because it was prepaid and there was no refund. After getting inside the room to take a hot shower after my long drive, there WAS NO HOT WATER!! no one would answer the front desk phone after making multiple attempts. Come to find out, they couldn’t get the boiler to work because someone had painted over the door. Ugh. There was no “I’m sorry,” “let us make this right…” nothing. Absolutely nothing by this rude rude staff. And for the icing on the cake - the website said it offered continental breakfast, so I kindly asked where that could be found and they told me, and I quote, “if you want continental breakfast, you can walk across the street to the holiday inn.”RUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL. UNSAFE. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE.

  : The kitchenette was convenient. The room was large enough. They provided wide television options.
  : The entry was so small and the fans drying out the walls and ceiling due to the flood was depressing. The room seemed clean and yet it smelled bad.

  : Worst travel experience in my 34 years of business travel. Room was dirty, saw a few bugs crawling around. Floor was dirty, lobby had a recent fire/flooding issue, blowers all over the hotel, elevator smelled of marijuana. I would NEVER EVER stay on a Sonesta owned property again. I slept in the desk chair!!!
