  : Nothing!! We booked our reservation & clicked pay at hotel, my husband & I (who’s in the military) had been traveling for 10 hrs we were exhausted! We got the hotel and the front desk said our reservation was canceled and there’s no more rooms available tonight.

  : The room was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was alright
  : The entire property needs some deep cleaning!!! and some things fixed. The pool and the hot tub had way to much chlorine in it. The air was burning our eyes. Aweful!

  : Smelled like weed and cigarettes. Towel had holes. Floors in lobby needed to be mopped and glass doors were dirty and smudged. Pretty sure this hotel has long term residences/ stays for homeless population in OKC. Walls in room needed a good wipe down.

  : Wifi was down as soon as we arrived. Had to drive around to find service so that I could finish checking in. When we got to our room my wife noticed a big stain on the pullout couch. After the first night we headed out in the morning so I stopped by and asked if we could get some fresh towels and a change of sheets and the clerk said that he would let housekeeping know. We did not return to the room until 6:30 that evening and the room was still the same. I went down to the lobby and told the clerk that housekeeping didn't clean out the room and he told me that if I could find them I could tell them myself cause they talk Spanish. I asked him for clean sheets and 4 clean towels and he said that he would send someone up. A worker showed up an hr later with 1 sheet and 2 towels. So we just went and bought our own towels at Walmart. I looked for another hotel in town but everything was booked up so we had to finish our stay there.

  : Nothing this trip, in fact it has now become a place I will avoid.
  : This trip was completely different then my stays in the past. I was unable to log into business account and had to use my personal account which made it impossible and even void after paying for the room. By going ahead and paying up-front rather than pay at property I was denied my room and even a partial refund due to them not answering the phone and saying it had pasted the time allowance for even partial refund.

  : Loud kids running up and down the hall all night on the fourth floor. Very disturbing & really bites when you are paying for a place to SLEEP. Won’t be returning.

  : Absolutely did not like it air conditioner didn't work several calls to the front desk was told several times somebody would come by and never did it was 90° in that room was told several times they would switch rooms never did disaster ask for a refund so I could go somewhere else denied
  : Absolutely like nothing about the experience will never stay there again

  : The swimming pool had to much chlorine it made my skin hurt and my grand babies hurt we had to get out after a few minutes. The wi-fi didn't work and is the main reason for my grand babies to c one so they could use itThe juice machine was out of juice grand babies wanting juice for breakfast ihad to pay money taking them somewhere else The whole building had a fait smell of Marijuana Bathroom was not cleanDrug dealers made sells at the front lobby doorIt was crazy
