  : Great place the only thing wrong was people must of smoked in the room and it smelled like an ashtray and there wasn't always hot water

  : The majority of the staff at this hotel were friendly and do try their best to be helpful but most do not speak a lot of English so communicating can be a little tricky. Moosa, at the bar, was really sweet. The lovely cleaning lady does not speak a word of English.
  : If you are looking for a budget hotel then this is the hotel for you. This is really a no frills hotel - there are absolutely NO frills. The breakfast is Turkish only: A Bain Marie of mixed aubergine, onion, tomatoes, boiled egg or fried egg (pre made), sometimes saut potato. Feta Cheese, Cheese, Crumbled Feta, Rocket, 2 Types of tomato, small choc cakes squares, terrible corn flakes, turkish tea & machine coffee. Reminder - budget hotel. There are no tea & coffee making facilities in the room. We were booked on a bed and breakfast basis but ate out for breakfast. The only toiletries supplied are a small bar of hotel soap & a small shampoo. The bedding...........we were supplied a bed spread type of covering. No duvet or top sheet or comforter. We asked for a top sheet because the bed spread can be a bit abrasive when you've been in the sun. The towels were changed daily. The pool is FREEZING! Really, really freezing!!! The one consolation is that there are no sun bed wars - but only because no one wants to spend the day at the pool because the water is too cold. The WiFi is practically non existent. We were disconnected more than we were connected. We hired a mobile dongle because it was too frustrating. The day before check out I discussed a late check out for the next day, with the owner. We had a fairly long conversation negotiating times, etc. At no point did he point out the notice on the wall (behind me) that there is a late check out fee. Our conversation was friendly, lengthy & cordial so I honestly was led to believe he was doing us the favour of letting us have 1 of our rooms until 5pm. When we paid our bill on check out, we were charged for the late check out. Lesson learned, I guess but, in our opinion, the right thing to do would have been to point out or mention the extra charge :-(

  : The location is very good, near to beach and attractions in Oludeniz.We arrived early in the morning so they let us rest in a quite place near the reception.
  : They told us that we need to put a sign outside the door so they will do the home service, otherwise they wont. We didnt get room service because they didnt tell us about that when we arrived, and it is was the first time we saw this kind of roles in a hotel.The breakfast was average.There is no elevator but it is ok since there is only two floors.

  : The breakfast was amazing every day very fresh and tasty with a good selection The staff were always available and pleasant
  : The first room we had ( 105) was in the basement and was dark and smelly and noisy We was changed with no issues to room 108 on the first floor and that was much better and no issue with noise etc

  : Excellent location just off high Street and beach without being loud. Paragliding tours on offer just outside as well as convenience store and popular restaurants.
  : Towels were a little dirty and when we asked if we could get new ones staff told us to pick new ones up when we return (we were on our way out). Breakfast was alright but nothing special. Parking can be a little tricky and the hotel doesn't offer spaces and weren't particularly helpful when we asked regarding the parking situation.
