Disappointing

  : The breakfast was good.
  : Several times the lone desk person had to go into a room to flip the elevator switch in order for it to work. Had to wait 5 minutes. Soap dispenser fell off the shower wall through the night. Very disturbing.

  : Breakfast was okay. Minimal selections but it was In such a tight area though. The hotel location was good. Restaurants and shops really close by. Did like that there was a washing machine and dryer as we needed to do a load every night.
  : The room smelled musty when we arrived. Had to go by air freshener to make it smell better. The shower was not the shower I was expecting in the room. There was a bug in one of my beds. There were crumbs underneath the sheets in the same bed. In order to get more towels I had to provide dirty towels never had to do that and I’ve stayed at several hotels. I wish the pool was indoors because on the rainy day it would’ve been nice to still go to the pool. The elevators went down every night so my family and I had to climb to the 3rd floor. The elevators were super slow as well.

  : Cost effective and I think the hotel has been renovated since I last stayed there. Bed was large and comfy.
  : Humidity in the room. Drink vending machine only took cash no card options.

  : I am writing to express my extreme disappointment during my recent stay at Microtel Inn and Suites by Wyndham. As a frequent traveler, I understand that not every hotel experience can be perfect, but the problems I encountered during my stay were unacceptable. We woke up with irritated skin , we check in the bed and there were bed bugs all around we have a baby that sadly got the allergy as well and we do have evidence with photos and video.We already did a report but that was so disappointing because that means that they do not have cleaning, sanitation and disinfection correctly, now we’re fighting with irritated skin, allergies and its so uncomfortable.

  : The breakfast was ok. And front desk clerk was very nice.
  : The tub had a black spot in the corner of it. Even after asking the housekeeping to clean it it was still partially there. The sheets wasn't clean. They didn't replace the sheets. I know, because I worked in housekeeping before. And the elevator went out at one point.
