  : I would actually love a refund!!!!Horrible experience!!! First off the lady working the front desk was sitting in the lobby with no shoes on playing on her phone with a heating pad in her lap. I booked through here so no refund!! Or we would have just LEFT!!! When I walked through the door she asked,”did you just book a king room?” I said yes. She told me well I’m sorry we don’t have any available(this is at 10:30PM!!)I said well I can’t get refund and why aren’t the rooms ready if it said it was available when I booked?!? She said well the cleaning guy didn’t clean them good enough so I can rent them out!!!!! I walk outside to breathe, walk back in and magically she said ok I have one available!! So I take it!!!! HUGE MISTAKE….. Hallway to the room is filthy! Cigarette butts on the floor and what looked to be like chip crumbs all down the 2nd floor hallway! Get in the room bed was a mess, there’s NO toilet tissue, soap, shampoo, 1 towel & wash cloth!!! TV doesn’t work! Says no signal!!So my husband goes downstairs to address the situation and she tells him that “HE” could go grab the toilet tissue, soap, shampoo in the storage room as she tended to another guest. He asked about another towel and wash cloth and she said there wasn’t any!!!!!!!!!If we weren’t so exhausted from our 12hr drive…. We would have been better off sleeping in our car at the next rest stop!!!! =(

  : The room was filthy and smelled bad. The floor has not been properly cleaned in years. The bed was awful. Old spring mattress with the bed bars in my back all night. Would have been more comfortable sleeping in the vehicle. The entire place smelled.
