  : Things could use improvement, up dates to the bathrooms, walls, wall paper, cleaning, dirty dresser Drawers , repairs, Dryer, dishwasher didn’t dry very well, small detailed things.

  : We loved the location. The boat dock next to the house was extremely convenient. We were able to fish off of the dock anytime we wanted.
  : The property needs to be cleaned. It was very dirty; vent covers, laundry room floor, the shelf above washing machine needs to be raised so laundry can be loaded, countertops had not been cleaned in awhile, floors were very dirty. one bathroom toilet was soiled, surfaces such as door handles and appliances were dirty and stained. There were no cleaning supplies available such as a mop, broom or cleaners so it could be cleaned. This rental could be nice if it was professionally cleaned. It was obvious it had not been cleaned to Covid standards. I regret that I have to leave such a negative review because this rental could be a very nice place to stay.
