  : Nothing! It was very dirty. Under the couch was not cleaned, and hadnt been in months. Dishes were dirty.

  : 1. Elizabeth (located at the check in desk) was very rude. We didnt feel welcomed at all and almost felt she just knew she was going to put us (just my husband and myself) out!!! Everything that she verbally explained to us ended with you will be removed from my property immediately. Literally everything!!! 2. We were supposed to have a beachfront ocean view, but was sent to the basementsorry I meant beach level. No beach view at all because the cement wall separating the pool area from the beach is blocking the beautiful view. Also no private patio. 3. Once we entered the unit, none of the furniture in the living room match and all looked as if was donated. I literally placed a sheet on the couch the entire stay because I did not want to sit on it. Also the unit smelled old, as if it havent been cleaned or rented out in a while.

  : We loved the actual condo. The condo owner was not the issue in any way. The issues were with the Phoenix. We notified them about two issues upon arrival. The shower and sink were severely backed up (standing water in the shower past my ankles). We were told someone would be up immediately. We knew someone had come in the fix the drains when we noticed a large amount of hair in the toilet when we came in from the beach (two days after we reported it). The TV in the master bedroom didnt work also upon arrival. We reported it but it really wasnt a big deal to us. We like to sit on the balcony in the evening and in the morning (coffee etc..) We noticed immediately someone in one of the condos close by was smoking. It was overwhelming and would even seal into the condo. We dont smoke but can tolerate a little so we just went in and waited a while for the smell to go away. At the end of the second day, we were a bit annoyed that we had not been able to use the balcony because of the constant smell of smoke. We couldnt even go near the door inside because it was in our condo again. We contacted the front desk. Security asked them (room 315) to please not smoke. within the hour the smell was back. The following morning, we smelled the smoke inside our condo and certainly could not use the balcony. We called the front desk again. They said they would talk to them. This happened three times with no change. When we checked out (on the fourth day) my husband spoke with the front desk attendant about the situation. He was informed that condo number 315 was a non renter so there was nothing they can do about it. Someone from the HOA was standing close by. She had heard about the situation and told my husband all they could do is send the owner a letter letting them know about the non smoking rule. If you rent any condo from the Phoenix properties please ensure your condo is not located near a condo that is occupied by a non renter. DO NOT RENT NEAR ROOM 315!!!
  : Applying the no smoking policy to EVERYONE!! This was the absolute worst trip we have ever taken. We have stayed with Brett Robinson for years and expect better. They should be ashamed of this situation.

  : The staff was awfully RUDE at the front desk. Our room was not very clean. The sheets had what looked like a kool aid stain on them. Our check in time was 3 oclock and our room wasnt ready until 6. This was very inconvenient with a 4 year old and 4 month old who had been riding all day. I left my sons puddle jumper by the pool on accident and when I went back to get it , it was gone. I asked front desk if they had a lost and found. Their response was if you left it outside we threw it away I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Costs too much money for the stay to be so terrible.

  : The splash pad was great for my two toddlers. The walk to the beach wasnt far. It was close to Walmart and had good restaurants close by. Every time we left out of the condo there was always someone cleaning. We frequently saw Stacy. She was very friendly and always working very hard cleaning the facility.
  : The condo we were in was a little dated.
