: Not enough parking spaces. Pull out sofa bed stayed in the hallway all week along with a chest of drawers. tacky. Stains on the bed spread. Other then that it was good.

: It is on the beach. Fishing was close. Workers I met were pleasant to talk with. Towels and sheets were clean. Beach was very comfortable, and water didn't have much sea grass or other vegetation.
: Silverware and plates in drawers and cupboard had grub on them. Kitchen floor had food debris. Stove was not wiped off. Walls had gouges and marks. Ceiling had water spot about as big as a volleyball. Shag carpeting is disgusting, looks like it was installed and never replaced since the 1980s. Water was cut off twice for extended times with no advanced announcements so we could save water for the outages. View was stated as "partially obstructed," when reality is there is no view of the beach from the upstairs window, and a mostly obstructed view of the beach from the balcony. Parking lot floods when it rains. Cleaning fee was ridiculous, especially considering how little cleaning was done. Multiple booking fees were excessive. Responsiveness to texts and calls was slow. If the room was clean, I would compare it to a 2 star hotel, but for our visit, I'd give it slightly better ratings than I would for a place that rents rooms by the hour, probably 1.2 star.

: The location was perfect! Right on the beach and near everything we needed!
: The room was filthy. One shower was clogged from the prior occupant, there was dirt/food particles on the dining room chair, there was food crumbles underneath the couch, there were drippings from something being sprayed on the walls, the floor was disgusting, the carpeted stairs were stained, lights didn’t work, remotes didn’t work, curtains were ripped, food crumbles on the balcony. It was bad.
