  : Horrible shape. Patio door was opened when entering. Broken. Would not close or lock. Hot! Entrance door shown. Terrible shape as well. No tv remote. Toothpaste in bathroom door. Worn out toaster. No light above stove working. Flooded during rain. Citation written for float at door. Placed there to dry before entering room. Many boards were at exit stairs along with it as well as broken panes of window glass. Seems much more worthy of a citation. Numerous request made for help with problems. One great Vacasa employee helped after numerous had not. Maintenance was great once arrived. Many comments on the unacceptable situation. This unit is on the main roadway with a construction site view. Noise. Noise. Noise. Not a place for relaxing.

  : The location and access to the beach. Sugar shack was excellent!
  : The pool deck was old and slippery. The kiddy pool is too deep for smaller children. My toddler almost drown because she could not right herself. The rooms are old and dirty. The tv did not have a remote and there were no buttons to turn it on. There was sand on the sheets of the bed, that was rock hard, so we had to wash our entire bedding before we could sleep. The ceiling fan also did not work because it was remote operated with a broken remote. It was a fun day but a horrible place to stay. I would never come here again. Master of fact I may never come to orange Beach again!

  : We were here for the 2022 Hangout festival and the location of this condo was perfect for us. There was a shuttle stop right beside our condo.
  : There was sand all over the floor when arriving at the room. The parking stated $25 on the website but was $30 once at the location. There was glass in the bed under the sheets. The code given to us upon arrival did not work.

  : Located on the beach. Can’t get no better. The security guard was the friendliest person on could ask for. Very helpful
  : The dryer didn’t work. And balcony door would not lock would hardly shut

  : Easy beach access- no steps. Snack bar very convenient and affordable prices for lunch. Old building but room was nice- air conditioner worked great
