  : We showed up and it was disgusting not cleaned right. Things broken. Dryer didn’t work and they said they would fix it everyday we were there and no one showed up.

  : If I could give a negative review I would. I rented a house in Encore for my sons birthday. Not only was the home filthy, the customer service is terrible. I have tried calling numerous times and never get an answer. Two beds weren’t even changed from the previous tenant. The pool was too dirty to get in, luckily we found a pool maintenance person in the area and were able to clean it as that was the main reason we rented the home.

  : We did a 4 hour drive from Miami to Orlando to have a small getaway with the kids. The moment we walked in, you could tell the place had not been cleaned. The table had residue of what looked like syrup (the previous residents' breakfast), the light switches were full of dirty smudges, the wall had a stain of what looked like blood, in the Foyer corner there was a dead roach covered in dust (proof that it was not cleaned), the area rug in the living room was full of food crumbs, the air hockey table was covered in dust, etc. We figured we would make it better by jumping in the pool but it was dirty as well. 30 minutes after we arrived, someone got there to clean and treat the pool. He stated that he had just received the ticket to clean the pool about an hour ago (we booked weeks in advance) and that the pool was so green that due to the treatment we might not be able to get in that day. I got on the phone to speak to a representative from ACO Vacation Homes but never got an answer, a call back (left several voicemails), or a reply to my emails that were sent with photos. We had to start our vacation by cleaning the house. Then when we were going to bed, we found stains on pillow cases and bed sheets. The next day we were going to clean the pool to get in since there are several trees nearby, it was full of leaves and small flowers, but even the pool net was broken. We kept trying to get in contact with a representative and have yet to hear from anyone. When signing the contract to rent the property, I had to pay a cleaning fee of several hundred dollars which I feel should have been refunded since no cleaning was obviously rendered before our arrival. It completely ruined that vacation feeling and seemed like a total disregard for the people staying in the property, especially during the ongoing pandemic. Proper sanitation and cleanliness should be a top concern.
