  : The staff was so nice, the welcome center and around the resort was absolutely beautiful, loved the free transportation shuttles to take you around different areas of the resort plus you can text them for whatever you need. No resort fee, no parking fee, and no fee for cleaning. Many pool options that weren't over crowded. Many activities to do as well. Attended the time share presentation, it wasn't bad and received many perks just for attending. Loved the location of the resort everything was less than a 20 minute drive. Washer and dryer included in the room.
  : The one and only downside was my room, when I arrived I was informed that my room was not ready yet which was fine because our flight was super early and I did not expect it to be ready. My husband and I got to explore around the resort. They may have felt rushed with getting my room ready because when I got to my room it looked like a rush clean job. On one side of the bed the sheets were almost touching the floor and the covers were not crisp like they usually are at hotels. Please be aware that this resort does not have any fitted sheets so if you are a wild sleeper you may be touching the actual mattress/mattress pad when you wake up. Unfortunately that happened a few times and there was so much hair coming onto our covers from the actual mattress. My husband and I cleaned out the dryer because it was not cleaned out, there was so much hair in that too. Honestly I feel like I need to rewash everything now that im home as I was still finding very long pieces of hair in my clothes. The towels and wash rags also had slight stains on them, some with hair, and they were rough but some were soft. The biggest problem for me was the big cockroach that appeared in our room, thats when I had to complain to management. They offered to bring in an exterminator and have someone deep clean our room. The room was fine after then.

  : The microwave oven caught fire due to a shortcircuit, i was 30 min calling guest services and nobody pick up the phone, 2 days in a room with burned wire odor.Also the cleaning personell were missing……4 days stay and nobody pass for cleaning the room.
