  : We already knew the property, so the location was excellent and the position of the apartments too.
  : The service was hopeless, everytime we called for an issue nobody replied although it was supposed to be a 24 hour service, than after trying for at least 8 times we received a reply (nobody ever called back) and the issue even if very simple such as extra blankets took 1 full day to be solved. Unfortunately there is not much choice for the winter period since all other agencies start from April, but if this agency could be avoided it would be the best thing. The apartments where also not as expected and shown in photos

  : The service this time was terrible and although I called the head office my issue wasn't solved and the dirt remaind and also the delay of over 30 minutes for the delivery of the key, considering that check in is at 5pm
