  : Everything was fine, just a little strange the list of things to do before leaving in order to get back the deposit, throw all rubbish, close gas, strip beds, put everything back in place. We also had to make the beds on arrival which was strange. But was worth it really

  : No link to office address absolute nightmare to locate if you're a foreigner then when you get there the road doesn't have available parking to pop in and collect keys Car parking is horrendous for bikers so you park in the basement eventually discover that the lift goes up one floor then walk to another lifet to the 10th floor. I had to find all this out by myself at the premises which is basically a massive block of flats No simple instructions to apartment, all above issues could have been made easier with some instruction. Carrying luggage for 4 mins from the car parking spot to the flat in immense heat is exhaustingPut Aircon on at your own risk. The unit is in the greenhouse which is the balcony so seriously, turn the Aircon on and the balcony becomes an oven Very dated flats and the apartment itself looks like it's not been updated since 60s Office for the keys is 10 mins from apartment on a motorbike Keys back by10am!!!! I found this a disgrace. Booked 6pm that night got in apt 730pm Out by 930 to return keys and 20 euros more!!!!! for 2 extra hours to give us some grace. I have lots of pics of dog hair, bad cleanliness and things in much need of update Oh and the lights in the carpark don't work so had to organise all luggage in the dark. Lots of switches in the building don't workWas given a grubby old key fob for the gate which didn't initially operate No towels, unbelievable, not even a kitchen towel. So get out the shower onto porcelain tiles soaked with water I don't know how they get away without an accidentNot even a complimentary bottle of water

  : this property has no towels, you are required to do all cleaning yourself before you leave or be charged cleaning fees, and the check-in location is far from the apartment location. we were not aware of any of this when we booked the property. it took us a very long time to find the reception office, waited a very long time in line to check in, then had a very hard time locating the apartment afterward. the apartment was freezing cold and had zero towels of any kind. this was probably the worst stay i can remember in my life, and ive travelled quite a lot.

  : The location of the appartement was amazing. We could see the sea from the balcony - side view. The surrounding area was nice, lots of restaurants and bars. The location is more family orientated which made it perfect for a relaxing holiday without big loud groups of drunk touristsThe appartement had 1 airco which is mandatory in the hot summer nights, it worked good
  : There where no towels, luckily we had our own with us, otherwise you have to buy a few at the local supermarket

  : That it was nearby a place we were interested in.
  : The attitude of the staff, totallly unfriendly. The office was closed between 1-5pm though when one called at the office it was mentioned to be 4 pm. She came at 4 pm. I told her i need the key to the apt and she said it s her free time and ept me outside in the sun. After insisting at 4.40 pm she said she calls the maid to check if we can check in. Lots of bad surprises with this agency. Her boyfriend called me to threaten me. We had at 10 am at check out to go with the key at the office again because they don t care about employing smn to meet the guests or have a self check in but they ask for a apt guarantee of 150 euros without checking in and out. Horrible attitude.
