  : I did not like a single sheet covering the matras. Uncertain about cleanliness of the matras. I needed to close the big curtains to cover the big window during the day. Bathroom was ok.

  : 1. Nobody told us at the booking time that the lift was broken. My room was at the 6th floor. Nobody helped me with my luggages. I am disabled (disease) and cannot not easily go up such numbers of stairs at least 4 times a day. No excuses from the staff, no help, no compensation. Remember I paid 135/night 2. Room very old : I have pictures for you. Walls very dirty. no equipment like kittle, neither little fridge. 3. Bed : no mattress protector, dirty mattress , shhets that comes out during the night and so you sleep on the mattress,... 4. Bathroom very old, walls dirty even where the towels were. no furnitures. I ask for soap and the staff was very reluctant to fulfill the content. No sympathethic at all. Towels taste very bad & stucky. Remember : I paid 135/ night. 4. No staff at the reception from pm to next morning. I needed help. Nobody there. One night there was a big noise problem with a traveler. Nobody to help. aso...
