  : Most Terrible customer service, and I traveled 43 countries. We met 4 receptionists, all rude and made us feel unwelcome. We reserved a parking yet at our arrival it was not available, the receptionist told us “I’m the night receptionist, it’s not my mistake” and refused to give us a solution. We had to ask several time what alternative parking spots were available nearby, and at the end he just said “just go outside and you will see it”. I am also pregnant and he had the nerve to yell to a pregnant woman. The next day, probably afraid of the review I was going to give them, he told us he was going to give us a discount on one dog fee (we have 2), we thanked and thought it was a nice gesture, only to realize he has billed both. We also witness another customer having similar issues at check in for parking, only this time his car was too big to fit and they refused to reimburse since he reserved the parking. again receptionist couldn’t be bothered to explain to the customer that there was a public parking space nearby for only 3eur more per day. At check out, we have the key and another receptionist told us to go back to the room and get them back the remote. We were in a rush and we kindly asked if someone could get if for us as we were in a rush. She refused telling us we had to return the remote otherwise how would they know we didn’t steal it. Now consider, it is a 200eur per night hotel… do you think we would have stolen a remote??? Worst experience in ostend, not worth the price and this rudeness ruined our vacation. Please dont go there, for the same price you can get a better hotel or an Airbnb.

  : Couldnt open my window at night or when i was away (room 15) because the fire escape stairs are in front of the window and it would be super easy to enter the room
