  : The room and hotel were very minimalistic, but clean and comfortable. The staff was attentive at all times, their restaurant doesn't feel like a hotel restaurant that is just included because it's necessary, it seems more standalone and so actually more attractive to customers, their a la carte food was great, can recommend their gravlax. Breakfast was quite nice, not the largest selection, but for a hotel of this size, way above expectations and of good quality. Location of hotel was great, near the train station (we arrived by train) and also next to a tram stop, 10 mins from city center, 20 mins from points of interest such as Dolni Vitkovice or Mining Museum.
  : Room equipment could've been slightly better, for example an electric kettle, perhaps a small coffee or tea making facility, minibar/fridge or at least a vending machine in the hotel. Could also use a better selection of toiletries in the bathroom. With these few touches, it would actually feel like a 4*, bacause otherwise we had the feeling that the hotel is in many ways above the 3* standard already.
