  : Very pretty location walking didtance to the golf course, ocean and bay and town. Very near the little walk to the Monarch butterfly habitat. Very tiny room. Very tiny shower. ok for one night and no luggage. There is a lovely tree and firepit with chairs all around. Even a deer visited in the morning.

  : Good location. Easy check in. Front desk was cordial and kind. Theres a cozy fire pit didnt use it though.
  : Parking was tight. No assigned spots so had to circle a few times to find a good spot ended up parking near the front. (others were doing the same and it became a race for the best spots) the place is old seems like they tried to update at some point. The beds seem newer, stiff but okay, but they made a loud spring popping noise when you moved or got on/off. Our room (125) was sandwiched between two others (they also have independent cottages with no shared walls). The walls were thin and you could hear conversations and snoring from other rooms. The floors are also very noisy, so we could hear the very loud and obnoxious thumping of footsteps from next door. This was especially bad when our neighbors were leaving at 8am and we were sleeping in. The family next to us made several trips back and forth to the car dragging bags, throwing bags, and yelling into the room from the parking lot. We heard every step! The doors also did nothing to prevent noise from outside, so it was as if they were in our own room! Yelling and thumping! I hope found their phone charger. Oh yeah, no USB outlets for phone charging important these days. The bathroom was old but sufficient but the shower needs a lot of work. The awkward, sloppy yellow paint really dated the bathroom and the 3x3 shower was dark and tight with no shelving for shampoo or soap and an old shower head with soft water pressure. This needs work. The towels were nice and large but the soap was tiny you could hardly grip it! (It was smaller than the soap leftovers you consider throwing away at home or clumping together with others to form a larger chunk)We wanted to get away to relax and enjoy a moment away from home like many travelers. This hotel did not offer that in my opinion. All they have going is location and I suspect many of the older hotels and inns in this area are very similar. Not worth the price.
