  : All the cleanliness is fading compared to other things happened during our stay.
  : Before arriving, the staff asked us to provide estimated arrival time and gave no check-in instructions except the address (which is already on Booking). We contacted the staff by phone number (we didn't have internet while travelling) with our arrival time and got no reply. When we arrived, we stopped at the huge building with entrance coded and no staff around. At the same time, another guest came to check-in, and she had the check-in instructions. We called the staff and got very messy instructions from poorly English-speaking person. Reaching the room, we found out that there is no WiFi connection. We called again and was told that there is no internet connection on the floor. Which is not true because another hotel HH&BB is located on the same floor, and we found their protected WiFi. To calm down a bit, we had a walk around Padova, which appeared to be a very interesting touristic spot. Came back to the hotel and started watching a movie, we got interrupted by loud voices of the neighbours. In fact, they were not loud, it was the walls so thin that if you poop your neighbours will hear every noise. We accepted audibility wisely because we stay just 1 night, and the neighbours will probably go to sleep soon. That's what we thought. After 10 pm our neighbours started to behave even loudly, smoke and listen to the music. We contacted the staff again by phone (we don't have internet) but got a reply in Italian with no idea what does it mean. Given the fact that the party lasted almost the whole night, we were not heard and helped.

  : There was no breakfast. The roomwas very nice , with the normal comfort.
  : There was nobody to let me in. The building was closed, only for recidents. Because I couldn,t get in, I went to the station for help by the tourist office. The tell me that I need an extra code to get in, with an extra id photo, an extra code for the building an extra code for the room!! So a complete waist of time and service, terrible.

  : Big rooms clean Train stations across the road Unlike my friend stay in same kind of hotel next door I was give access code with much more ease then he had (poor guy had to make numerous phone calls and beg)

  : Location is good for those who travel in the region a lot, so for us it was a plus. City center is in a walking distance.Easy check-in, shop close to the apartment, cafe just downstairs for a cup of coffee.
  : The doors and walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbour talking on the phone very clearly. Or walking outside the door loud and clear too.It's noisy outside from early morning because of the station just because of the location. If you're a sensitive sleeper - choose wisely.We stayed for three nights - the trash wasn't taken out, so eventually we had a full bin.Very noisy bathroom - the ventilator works all the time while the light is on and is loud. If you use quite a lot of hot water and the boiler needs to heat it, it works loud as well.Keep in mind, that there a very small fridge, like very small. There is no water heater in the room, only someking of coffee machine in the hall for extra money.
