  : 3 things I liked: 1. The guy that greated us every day, very pleasant and helpful. 2. The warm cornetti in the morning. 3. The location was excellent, walking distance from the centre. That is it!
  : Very old, run down. Our room was dirty. The bed frame was broken, and the shower broke as soon as I went to use it. You could tell it was already broken. The floor in the bathroom was dirty, not to mention the mould in the shower. There was a balcony, but again, the doors were filthy, and the balcony was extremely dirty. They advertise a view, the view is of the back court yard which is storage to the their antiques shop. They advertise somewhere to hang your clothes but the doors to the wardrobe didn't open, I had to use the bunk bed! If I could get a refund i would!

  : Excellent breakfast including eggs and sausage, not just the usual sweet stuff. Rooms are above an antique shop and some antique pieces of furniture are part of the equipment. It looks very original although sometimes not that practical. But it does not matter for a couple of days. Excellent location. 5 minuts walking time from the Cathedral. Free private parking in the courtyard is a big plus. Although closed for the night from 7 p.m. on.

  : Very uncomfortable, bathtub leaking and massage part not working, hear everything, not very clean

  : The price, the place, the interior.
  : I think we've got the wrong room. We came with two adults with two kids and ordered a room with a bunk bed and a king size bed. So the king size bed was like 140cm.. and we saw that the other rooms had bigger double beds. Since one of our children couldn't sleep in a bunk bed, it was quite uncomfortable.We also did not get WiFi password.And by the time of booking it says, they have private parking and only after booking it came out, that the parking works till 12 pm and we vame only in the evening so we had to look around for a free place and you know, Palermo is not that friwndly with parking places.

  : The staff were friendly and helpful.
  : The jacuzzi bath was dirty and we had to do a rinse cycle ourselves to clean out the previous users dirt. The shower flooded as the drain did not work. The bed was rather uncomfortable and no duvet, just a thin sheet in November when there was quite a chill at night. No english speaking staff (no problem as we were in italy, just to note)

  : Good location, close to city center. Good breakfast. Good attention from the staff, they allowed me to park inside which was very helpful. The bathtub.
  : A fridge would have been very useful for the warm weather. I didnt like it some areas around the hotel, chaos traffic and dirtiness are very uncomfortable, but we realized that is quite common in Palermo.
