  : Secluded, private and exceptionally quiet. Bed and linens were very comfortable. Loved the outdoor spaces… great, clean and warm pool. Mood lit in the evenings. Very clean.
  : No closet in the room. Odd counter with sink but limited storage.

  : I booked 3 rooms with at lease one name designated for each room. Despite this and the confirmation email reflecting the names for each room, when my mom first arrived at the hotel, the front desk person will not allow her to check in. She was the first to arrive and had the confirmation email and even an image of the confirmation with her name filled in for one of the rooms. My mom is disabled and has health issues, not being able to check in the hotel upon her arrival was a huge inconvenience. I had to call and basically tell him the same things that was already on the confirmation email in order for her to check in. Because we were hiking and had very spotty reception, my mom had to wait for hours. This is unacceptable. Secondly, my room was a one bedroom suite. The bathroom sink was partially clogged, water was going down super slow. And our whole suite smelled of smoke from cigarettes. Very unpleasant to sleep in. The front desk person (woman) the next morning was nice).

  : It's a nice hotel. Nice people working there and a good value. The hotel has been updated semi recently but still has the charm of the era. For us, the pool was the best thing about our stay. Havng the pool area right outside your door was great. The whole area was really well maintained and landscaped with lots of seating and the music (Sinatra era stuff) was exactly what we went to PS for. Having the pool area open 24/7 was also a plus. All in all it was comfortable and a nice getaway from the big city. We would go there again.
  : The room was clean but kind of worn and in need of some normal maintenance attention. Our bathroom, while large and fairly modern, was showing some wear and tear as the shower had no adjustment for temperature (on/off & luke warm only) and the spray wand had been partially removed so it was not functional either. Their wifi was super sketchy so the TV only worked sporatically and the AC seemed to have some issues as well. The room we stayed in ( Pool view upgrade) had no functional windows and only a small fan in the bath so not having properly functional AC made the room seem damp and stuffy. All in all none of these items were serious and most likely won't prevent us from going here again in the future.

  : The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was pretty and clean. Our room and bathroomWere large and spacious!
  : We were a group of 3 friends and the pullout couch was extremely uncomfortable. The staff tried to do their best to help us find a more comfortable option, but the 3rd person just ended up putting a sheet on the couch and sleeping on the couch. The location was a little too far out of town to be considered walkable. (Especially when it’s hot!)
