  : Pool scene was awesome. Great DJ'd music on Sat afternoon. Drinks good.
  : Customer service was spotty. Wasn't sure how motivated they were...some seemed untrained or not managed well. It was fine, but I would have gladly tipped extra for bar service at my lounge chair. Seemed out of character with the rest of the place. Everyone was nice, but, not a lot of enthusiasm...maybe it was the 106F heat.

  : The bed and room were super comfortable. Had a great night of rest. Love the decor, though the wooden surfaces are showing a fair amount of wear and tear.
  : For one, the pool and hot tub both seemed to need a good cleaning. Floating bugs/leafs on top of the water and the reservoir looked like it hadn't been deep cleaned in ages. Also, I paid an additional rate to have a room with a patio w/ a fire place. I was told at checkin that I could text the front desk at any time in the night and they would turn the fireplace on. When I texted them at 10pm, they said no one was going to be available to turn it off. That fireplace is the whole reason I paid extra for a room with it...

  : Pool with plenty of sitting, the DJ on Saturday, the large hot tub
  : We could hear the people in the bedroom above us. The housecleaner did not come. Some of the towels were ragged.
