  : The location is great. Nice pool, big and open room and very spacious. Kitchen is fully equipped even we didn't use it. Our Queen suite also had a very large patio with 2 sun loungers and fire pit and many lounger chairs. A lot more than our family of three needed.
  : The bed was not very comfortable. Feel like few different soft layers underneath to cover an older used bed. The mattress doesn't feel like has a strong support. Although My 6' 2 son used the pullout couch for bed and he said it was good.

  : Wonderful stay at the twist ! Not too close to downtown and not too far.The swimming was heated as well of course as the jacuzzi. Need a towel to go to the pool, well just ask reception.About the studio not much too stay, the bed was comfy, the AC was working and was really quiet. There was everything needed in the kitchen.Yes a really good spot to stay in Palm Spring
  : Nothing to add in fairness !The ice machine was also working perfectly :-)Maybe the patio was a bit dusty but this is the desert here and sometime the wind is blowing strongly !!

  : The apartment was well equipped and the decor contemporary, modern and stylish.
  : Only minor areas such as no hangers in the wardrobe so we couldn’t hang any of our shirts, trousers etc.

  : Being that the twist is a smaller facility lends itself to a quiet and quaint atmosphere. The pool is cute and easy to get to and from the room to refill drinks and get snacks. The pool floaties are fun.
  : Way overpriced for the quality. We were in a two bedroom for a girls trip, there was not enough seating in the living room. The patio furniture was dusty and worn. Kaiser Permanente offices overlook the patio with no privacy; the fire pit wouldn’t turn and the a/c in one room didn’t work (they did bring a fan and offered to allow us to move to a room next door to sleep). There was no mattress cover, just a thin sheet that covers the mattress…..We saw two enormous cockroaches outside the door. The decor is cute and kitschy but not well maintained. This is NOT a restful place when you are being awoken by helicopters landing multiples times a NIGHT. All in all, i was expecting a cute and quaint well maintained hotel….everyone in the group was disappointed.

  : Staff is great and very attentive. Rooms are clean and fresh. Had a great time in this location. Plenty of parking available. Will book again in the future!

  : The location was great. It was right on the N. Palm Canyon Strip. The Twist had a nice pool that was kept clean and even had inflatable swan tubes to float on. The staff was also very friendly and kept in communication through text which was convenient. And there is a Tiki Bar/Coffee Cafe on the corner in front of the hotel which was great for morning coffee. The manager was also friendly and accommodative. The room was great and had a full kitchen in our unit complete with utensils, plates/bowls, a stove, a cute retro microwave, and even a pot and pan or 2 if you need to cook something. Overall, it was a great stay!
  : Had a slight snafu checking in, but that was resolved in short order. Also, had an issue with the wifi to stream to the TV, but the manager resolved that problem quickly.
