  : Coffee pot had something growing in it. Exterior of the building was dirty. Back yard needs attention and the weeds cut. Carpet had stains everywhere. We were told there was no early check-in because of deep cleaning....but there was no deep cleaning done clearly.

  : It was close to the beach and walking distance to food.
  : We were very disappointed by the looks of the house when we walked in. The First thing we see once we all walked in was a hole in the ceiling that was leaking and the ONLY trash can in the house was under it collecting the water. Then we go upstairs to see the carpet was coming off on the stairs. And in the first bed room there was only one blind on the 2 windows in the room. Once the sun came up at 6am it was super bright in the room. The second bedroom with the TV was apparently where the hole was over the living room and the floor creeked and felt soft when we walked over it- worried it would fall though. The list of things that came with the room included cable, however there was only ONE available show to watch. We also never had anyone to come and check us in. We expected the room to be pretty nice for the amount of money we paid. Won’t be staying there again.

  : Very close to everything. Safe place to staywe found a meth
  : (master bedroom) My two year old nephew found a drug (meth or crack IDK) pipe in the lamp and there was drug residue in the top dresser drawer. Along with a drug scale in the living room the Hole in living room ceiling leaks so bad when you shower. The sofa couch was very run down and uncomfortable. No blankets/sheets we're provided for sofa bed. Don't worry I threw everything in trash and cleaned.

  : Outside and back yard could use a fresh coat of paint and with a little TLC it can go a long way!Living / family room was not very clean - there was a punch in the wall, the small middle table was unpainted, the sofa was not the cleanest and there were some broken parts on the blinds
