  : Master bed had to be fixed, cable was never fixed in extra room, loud upstairs, patio areas weren’t clean and broken chairs pushed to the side, wooden chairs on the beach are broken and dangerous

  : I really liked the location. It was within walking distance to Pier Park which was nice. I also liked how the back deck was open with chairs and tables - we spent most every afternoon and night on the patio hanging out with other people from the complex and getting to know them. That was alot of fun!
  : I tried calling RealJoy Vacations several times to ask questions and never got anyone on the phone any of the times. Our apartment was in rough condition. Holes in the wall, paint peeling off the walls, sockets wore out so our chargers wouldn't stay plugged in, etc. The beds were beyond uncomfortable. I also didn't like how the back sliding glass doors didn't lock from the outside so we had to leave our condo unlocked while we were at the beach.
