  : the access to the beach and the water slide for the kids
  : the staff on the last day told security we were refusing to leave. which was untrue. We have stayed at several hotels on Frontbeach. Emerald Ise, Grand View East, Longbeach, The Towers just to name a few. This has been a family vacation for over 10 years. we have never had someone put us out the way security did. NEVER! We were confused about the checkout time. We had clothes in the dryer we had to take out wet clothes and put them in Walmart bags my boys had to see us get put out. It was not only embarrassing but humiliating! They had to watch us pack our clothes and leave. we got escorted out of the room. It was the WORST experience ever. I definitely did not want my boys to have to endure that!! I will be telling my friends and family how we were treated as a warning not to stay there. Overall it was a good experience but that ruined it for us.

  : The Condo/Resort was amazing. We will definitely be back. We loved the Lazy River and Splash Pad as well, those were a great bonus for our kids. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Also the staff was amazing and friendly.
  : The only thing we did not like, our neighbors in W1805 were chain smoking on the balcony almost our entire stay. Causing moments that we wanted to be on our balcony but could not. I understand that this is not the staffs fault. I just wish security could have done a better job in informing our neighbors. But I know you cannot control what others do.

  : The room was nice size, refrigerator cold. Easy access to the beach. Plenty of hot water.
  : Had to pay for ice, pool too cold to get into, hard to find a luggage cart, elevators take way too long. Had an item stole from outside our unit. Hot tub way to small for such a large resort.

  : We love all the amenities on the property.
  : We have stayed at splash before. This was by far our worst experience. The door was very difficult to open and close to go out onto the balcony. My elderly mother was unable to open and close it by herself. On Friday a huge storm popped up and we Realize that you can’t close either sliding door all the way. The wind was howling through the crack in both rooms.The furniture in the living room was uncomfortable. The shower and tub were busted. The shower was taped up. The tub was not. The light switch in the bathroom but also busted. The dishwasher worked sometimes. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets. It was obvious that there is not a owner that stays in this condo. It seemed to have the bare minimum. There was a clock in the kitchen. My husband put new batteries in it only to find out it only had one hand. The place had definitely seen better days. I would definitely return to splash but I would not go back to condo 1703. They really need to do some upgrades. I didn’t expect all of these issues considering we paid $2200 to stay there a week.
