  : Not for 4 people. Maximum for 2 people with small children. Bathroom, toilet and kitchen were bad. Was not worth the cost.

  : Great location in the center, next to cafes, yet quiet at night because windows face the inner court. Walking distance to most museums. Small but functional kitchen and bathroom. Two queen-size beds. An eclectic collection of furniture, art, and dishware.
  : We had to buy our own supplies for the bathroom and the kitchen due to COVID restrictions. Not a big deal as there are several stores nearby that sell household supplies.

  : Exeptional location in the Marais, lots of restaurants nearby, about 6 minutes to walk to Les Halles and to the nearest metro station (Hotel de Ville). Maybe 10 relaxed minutes on foot to Ile de la Cite and la Seine. Carrefour City at 1 minute. The room was spatious and very nice (a beatifully decorated large room with cleverly separated functional areas). We didn't use the kitchen but it was there with all one could need. VERY quiet, despite the busy street nearby. A nice old building (we felt absolutely no need for air conditioning in august!). Didn't use much the TV, but it was there... All the costs were clear from the begining (including the collateral). Communication with the property was good before we got there, and they were very nice and helpful. Definitely would stay here again when in Paris (well, it it is free...)
  : Some complaints in our group about the plumbing, but it was minor compared to all the good parts. Homeless/drunken people around sometimes, but we NEVER felt unsecure or threatened in anyway (party area all around...)

  : inaccurate and lazy host, not reliable.we booked the apartment from 12am , and they thought we were going at 8pm (but we had 2 emails before..). they were not good problemsolvers, because we just took the apartment from 1pm (we needed to wait outside of the building in January..).And then the host want to get 1000euro deposit (little too much, this was just below avarage apartment), because he said they texted to me. This would be true but with very short letters they wrote you know :)And then, when i was asking when do i get back the money ? because we go at 6am Sunday, they said, trust me, we will give it to you next week. i said someone should come here because i will just leave the key on the table and i dont take responsibility for the apartment , if something happens how can i prove my truth? they said no no, just leave the key there and we will send back to you.they didnt send me back easily because on monday i needed to write to them of course

  : The location of the property is excellent. Plenty of food options available and walking distance of many sights. Would happily stay again when visiting Paris
  : I thought the bed was uncomfortable and the euro 1000 deposit was excessive as everywhere else has at most half, in saying that it does come back.

  : Location is good. Staff who were in communication with us are kind and helpful.
  : Not comfortable, not that much clean It is not a real house WC, kitchen, bathroom are put this place to be seen like a house. Generally, we are disappointed.
