  : Really modern, clean and nicely decorated rooms with really comfy beds.
  : Room was very small, however very common in Paris. Didn’t like that we had to retrieve ironing board/extra milk ourselves as the receptionists couldn’t leave the desk. They were very friendly though.

  : I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s over priced, rooms are small, staff are rude. When we arrived there was scaffolding all over the front of the building, every morning we heard workers and the entrance to the building was disgustingly dirty. We asked for a room away from this and was given a dark small room on the staircase. Way overpriced for what it is. Our flight ended up being cancelled and we had to leave a day early. We asked for a refund on the last night and they said no.

  : Beautiful centrally located boutique hotel, modern and comfortable while retaining character. Comfortable bed, good bathroom with bath and shower, nespresso machine. Pastries and coffee in the lobby were a nice touch. The lady that greeted me on reception was very helpful and let me check in to my room early, and kept my bags the next day.
  : Unfortunately when returning to my room late at night after a long day working, there was a different staff member on the desk. I couldn't remember my room number (it had been a long day) and realised I hadn't been given any paperwork. I had to fight for a considerable time to convince the man at the desk that I had indeed checked in earlier, I did have a room (which had my clothes etc. in!), I did know which hotel I was staying in, I did have a booking, I did have the correct dates etc. He treated me like a criminal or drunk and I was deeply upset by this traumatic experience - almost being kicked out onto the street at 1 am - a lone female carrying expensive cameras. Even though I had booked through this platform under my own name, (even my business is my name!) and handed over my identity card, the room was under a completely different name - someone I had never heard of - but this wasn't mentioned on check in, nor was I given any paperwork as evidence of my booking/check in or room number. Although I was eventually let into my room (after showing a photo and video I had fortuitously taken of the room that morning) I feel this was really an unacceptable situation. I wouldn't not recommend the hotel - I'm sure normally it is all fine, and it really was a lovely place - but this situation marred the experience for me somewhat.

  : Breakfast staff was very friendly, the location of the hotel is very central, Nuxe products in the bathroom are a plus, housekeeping did a really good job, the towels are fresh and fluffy, the room design looks pretty, it came at a good price, tea cattle and personal note made me feel welcome
  : Very poorly isolated, you can hear the elevator constantly and every sound in the rooms around you (TV, chatting, alarm clocks). Some of the front desk girls find it necessary to not greet back when greeted. As a single female traveler sleeping in a room with an emergency exit to a fire escape with an unsafe looking door did not feel good

  : Very clean room and comfortable bed , the location was perfect close to transition, restaurants and bars, my little daughter and I we enjoyed our stay. The staff was great, friendly and welcoming.
  : Breakfast room was too small and dark underground, with no much variety for breakfast, but it was doable if you like simplicity.
