  : Very close to the train station Gare de l`Est and the owner is very friendly and polite. There is a road like "little India" nearby which is really worth to see and enjoy with shops, restaurants and indian atmosphere. :-)

  : We liked the location - short walk to Gare de l'Est or metro station Chateau Landon. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. Hotel was old and tired for sure but for the price we paid it was good value for Paris. We didn't spend much time in the room as we were out & about. Beds were comfortable enough to get a good nights sleep. 24 hour front desk and the area felt safe even when we arrived home later in the evening.
  : Bathroom could have been cleaner, towels were small and tattered. It's one of those you get what you pay for hotels. Keep that in mind and it's fine.

  : The only thing that was good was the staff member carried my bag up the stars to my room. Everything else was way below standard
  : It was very cheap but it was given a 6.7 rating, I wouldnt even give it a 1 rating, I felt the rating was misleading), I wouldnt have booked anything under 6. Old, shabby and uncomfortable room, linen and facilities. Toilet didnt work properly, kept flushing noisily, when I asked the staff to fix it they made out it was my fault. Once he stopped the flushing, the next time it did the same thing. Reception was not manned 24 hours, the staff member slept in his room with the door open. The area is rough, I didnt feel safe. Spent a very uncomfortable night there and I was bitten on the arm by either a mosquito or spider, the window also didnt didnt shut properly.

  : Very friendly and helpful staff. The location looks safe, it is very quiet and most important you have 2 big metro and train stations very close Gare de l east(2min by foot) and Gare du nord(around 15 min by foot).
  : Hotel is old, walls need painted, need new furniture and generaly it feels a little dirty.
