  : The property chargers a high deposit of Euro 500. It is because of the bathroom drainage uses an electronic system which might break down frequently. Every time the toilet breakdown, the property will deduct from the deposit for maintenance work. I was upset with the property as they did not informed me that they are going to charge me for the maintenance or showed me evidence that the damage was caused me during my stay. It was only after 48 hours upon returning to Malaysia, I came to know that the property have charged me for the maintenance. I strongly feel that the property are overcharging their guess on the deposit to cover up their maintenance problems. I am still waiting for my balance deposit of only Euro 101 to be return to me. It has been 6 days since i check out and the property have not paid back my balance deposit. I have added photos of how my shower water overflowed out of my toilet bowl during my stay.
