  : The location is great - the supermarket is very close to the building, there are many cafes (to have breakfast, for example) all around, and the metro Jussieu is vert close too. The internet was working good, the kitchen has everything. The host can reply fast, if necessary. Merci!

  : I loved the location, close to metro, restaurant, tourist attractions. The flat was quiet as it is located in the backyard.It was affordable. In paris, accommodation could be very expensive and if you are a budget traveler like me, this flat could be one of the cheapest.
  : Well I had many issues. - I arrived at 5:30pm and called the lady three times up on arrival and she didnt answer. She might have reasons to be there late. I completely understand that but she should have at least answered the phone calls when she expected a guest checking in.- Two towels smelled gross and the lady changed them (she agreed that the towels smelled bad) and I got only one large red towel for 6days and 5 nights. I dried myself with the towel and got red lint all over my body and face and had to take a shower again to remove it. So I used my own small thin towel for the rest of my stay. - On the second day I turned on the electric kettle to boil some water for coffee and the electricity went out. Later she asked me what I had touched. Well I touched many things as I stayed there one night I really didnt know what to say.- The flat wasnt clean. I even removed web in the ceiling. This flat is very small and I believe that it wouldnt take a lot of time to clean it thoroughly. The bottom line is that if you are a budget traveler, go for it. But if you can afford and willing to spend little more for accommodation, this flat shouldnt be the primary choice.

  : very good location close to a metro. in a quiet building with great little kitchenette and bathroom. good wifi and comfortable bed.
  : some lights didnt work, loud fridge, tv had bad service, the shower clogged so fast and would leak onto the floor and the hot water ran out really quickly. also there were a lot of spider webs. the owner told me the night before check out that I had to pay her privately so I had to go to an atm to take out money so be aware of that. the door is very hard to lock also.

  : Super well located, it felt like a very safe and local neighbourhood. During my stay it was easy to talk to the owner and loved the semi private garden.
  : The owner before they stay was not very responsive just until the day of the arrival.
