  : Great location. Clean and light filled apartment. Helpful and friendly staff.

  : Central location, many popular places within short walking distance. Flat is really cute, access through a nice wooden staircase.
  : Detailed house rules are not public and were announced just before our arrival. We faced unexpected costs at the venue.

  : The apartment is a nice size and the location is convenient in terms of access to transportation and proximity to sites.
  : The listing claims there is air conditioning when in fact there is not. As others have noted the bed is incredibly uncomfortable and the apartment is noisy so opening the windows for air is not really an option. There were also several unwashed dishes in the cabinets. Otherwise clean.

  : Great location close to everything with a Metro station just around the corner. Easy walk to the Seine, close to Pompidou Centre. 30 min walk from Gare du Nord and a 20 min metro to Chtelet, which is close. Small supermarket just down the street which has everything you need. Comfortable bed and good sofa bed. Lots of towels and linen. Kitchen equipment good. Dishwasher and washing machine useful. Modern decor and clean. Liked the large tiled shower. Easy check in. Great to be able to leave our cases at their office, which is just a eight minute walk away, on the last day.
  : Noise: We knew, because of where it is located, that it was going to be noisy. Traffic noise can be very loud if you have the windows open, although they are double glazed, so you dont hear it too badly when they are closed. There is a caf below, on the other side of the street, which can be very loud quite late into the night. Property has no air con so does get hot, but there are two fans.

  : There were very few cups and mugs- only 3 bowls and 3 small cups for drinking out of. A few more mugs and bowls would have been helpful.

  : the location was great, with easy access to All the sites of central Paris. the kitchen was fully equipped and the apartment was as described in the posting. the washing machine was a great plus, but we couldnt get the dryer to work. the district of Marais is the perfect place to base your trip to the city of Paris. great cafe Le Renaud across the street with great service. Ask for Shuman!
  : unfortunately there is no A/C and it was especially hot in Early September. You cannot keep the windows open at night because of the noise from the very nearby cafes goes on until at least 1am. there are two fans that are somewhat helpful, but not enough to be comfortable. it would be great to have a trash can in the bathroom and ice trays in the freezerthe steps are a little difficult especially when carrying your luggage up & down & there is a step down from the kitchen right at the top of the stairs that can be deceiving, so Be careful there.

  : The apartment was nicely furnished, well maintained and very clean. The location was fantastic. Walking distance to everything with groceries next door. The check-in was efficient and informative. Noise was not a problem though you might bring earplugs for sleeping just in case. The bed was perfectly comfortable, contrary to other reviews.
  : There was a 13 charge for cleaning supplies like soap, detergent, sponge & towel. And there was an unexpected 1000 security deposit. Both seemed a bit unusual.
