  : Good washing machine, comfortable bed. Kitchen facilities were great. We enjoyed the neighbourhood.
  : Digital smart lock didn't work and we had to wait for someone to bring us a key. On a dark evening after travelling from Spain, this was quite stressful being out in the street. It was fortunate I could connect to the wifi from outside as otherwise I would not have been able to contact reception (new country no SIM). While April came as soon as she could, it was disturbing. In our attempt to use the smart lock, it seemed to open the hotel apartment door next door which no one appreciated. We didn't know which apartment we had booked (from the photos), and we were booked into the apartment with the loft bedroom as the second bedroom. Access was via a steep step ladder. This was completely unsuitable for us as older people, and our adult daughter was not very impressed either. This was not shown in the photos - or rather, it was not clear which apartment rooms were ours. That the front door opens onto the street was not very nice to deal with. While it locked tight, it lessened our sense of security a little. Wifi could not be reached into the bedroom which was extremely frustrating, also network was insecure meaning we couldn't do our banking safely.

  : bad ilumination at night. Reach the host or the support takes time, usually theres no one available physically, so you have to go allways trough application. they respond but takes time.

  : We are not satisfied with the result. Our apartments were not like in the pictures in Booking!. The bed in the living room was terrible. The front door was damaged. The living room window could not be closed completely. In pictures: booking vs reality. I am considering a claim for compensation. I think I have been cheated

  : Despite being a bit far from the center and it was close to the metro and the area was nice a lot of restaurants and bakeries.
  : The sink and stove are very small and there is no shower head so difficult to take a good shower
