  : Unacceptable, terrible, visual shock. It is not possible that in the 21st century, in France, in Paris, such a Hotel existed. The room is awful, with doors, walls, tables, curtains, hard to describe. Everything is dirty, the curtains, the walls, everything is degraded, the mirrors, the door, the bathroom, the windows. The bathroom is so awful you can't take a shower. It's the first time I've lived this and I never want to repeat the experience. They gave us some keys at the reception and we went over to other people in the room, when we came back they changed our keys with those of the rooms where they had actually accommodated us but when we went out to the cigarette in front they made us leave the key at the reception for not to lose it, given that they have previously given us the keys to others. I don't want to affect the cleaning staff, they are not to blame because they clean because they have nothing to clean, everything is miserable, the management of this hotel is the problem, they can afford to rent such rooms and they still want money for it, I think if I slept on the subway I was less disgusted, the smell in the room is terrible, I kept the window open all day and I could not get rid of it, I repeat, the bathroom is a nightmare, I went to the toilet in the city because I could not pass that door. What a bad experience in this life. I don't know how they received the so-called two stars and I don't understand how Booking collaborates and they made a partnership with something like that, they should check for which rooms they guarantee. TERRIBLE!!!!!
