  : Not dog friendly. They think by putting dog treats on reception it makes them a dog friendly hotel.Only one window in bedroom which didn’t open more than half an inch, which makes the dog extremely hot and restless; not a good environment for your pet.Toilet wasn’t working, had to use bin to flush the toilet. We told reception staff who tried to fix it, and reported back they could only do a temporary fix, which meant the toilet broke again on the second day.Shower was hit and miss with hot water and pressure. Reported this to Duty manager who told us it’s an old building.Cleanliness of the bedroom and hotel was at a very low standard.One day I asked about the parking, in return I was shouted at in reception in front of all the guests by one of the female duty managers.I was told the Hotel does not have parking for everybody. It’s a first come, first served basis for a hotel that has 80 rooms. I counted 20 parking spaces and was told go down the road and pay.Unfortunately we had to leave two days early due to the dog becoming unwell due to the heat in the bedroom. We were offered £60 compensation which was basically a refund of the additional day charge for the dog.

  : Dirty and the facilities did not work. We did not stay and booked another b&b at 10pm. The hotel then refused to give a full refund despite the toilet in the room we were given not working.

  : Not a lot. Location was good, but not much else sadly.
  : It was so very dirty. It was not like advertised, and not value for money at all. Stained carpet, smelly room with dirty appliances. You can hear every noise from outside the room (road, other guests etc etc), which just made the stay unenjoyable...

  : The view of the sea was amazing and the room had a small balcony. The hotel was convenient for the station and fairly close to the center. The reception staff were friendly.
  : My single room was cramped and tired. There was no lift to reach my room. The toilet kept on running water.

  : Only thing that was nice was the view
  : The property was not nice the building outside was nice but inside was not the room we stayed in was very hot and small the bed was broken one side was up very high and the other side had a ditch we woke up with our backs hurting we only stayed one night and that felt to long we was happy to leave
