  : It was the only decent one nearby
  : It took us 1.5 to get the correct room because the woman at the front desk decided to guess at what my reservation was instead of actually reading it. And had an attitude every time I went back to tell her she gave us the wrong room. We booked a queen suite with a sofa bed because we ate a family of 6. She gave me 1 king room and 1 sofa bed. Then she gave me 2 queen with no sofa bed the. She finally gave me the correct room. It took so long because every time I had to go back down there was a long line. After all of that. The room that was given to us had no AC. The area the hotel is located is not ideal. People tweaking in the stores. Twerking outside of Walmart in front of their cars like it’s a club. Then in the morning I spoke with the manager Monique, and for compensation she stated she would put points on my rewards account. And a week later she has still has not done so. And when I call no one answers. STAY AWAY!

  : I liked the two- room suite. They were also doing some construction, but the property was still very clean and nice, which isn’t always the case.
  : There were not enough towels or sheets/blankets in the room. However we did eventually get what we needed.

  : The hotel was absolutely filthy. The room had broken ac, the second room had a broken bed, empty toiletries and the bathroom and refrigerator were dirty. Both Elevators not working and we had a 5th floor room. Bed had metal sticking out and caused injury to my brothers leg during our stay

  : Good renovation and comfortable beds.
  : We arrived from the road to check in late, there was one worker there. She created a very long queue and was very slow in serving everyone. We checked in for over an hour. And as it turned out, there were not enough towels and bed linen in the room. The only problem is the employees.

  : The property was very dirty. Our keys had to be reset multiple times a day. Both of elevators weren’t working. The bed had a metal rod sticking out that caused an injury to my brothers leg. The bathroom wasn’t clean and had empty amenities. The front desk rented our room to another guest while we were still in it and gave them a key access card to our room. We were in our room when another guest walked in on us since they rented her our room that was currently occupied and fully paid for. The hotel did nothing to try to remedy the issues. I callerd Tuesday morning to express my concerns and the front desk girl refused to give me her name or contact information for the manager so I reached out to corporate office and the Better Business Bureau regarding this stay

  : Room was spacious and the price was ok for the room if it was clean
  : Dirt and possible mold around windows. Ac wasnt draining properly so the carpet was soaked around it. Stains on the shades for widnows. Nobs missing on doors. Jacuzzi tub not fully cleaned.
