  : Staff, Jay, was especially super helpful, kind, and courteous. The staff were wonderful and did the best they could with what they had to work with given the facility.
  : The sheets had blood stains on them (not fresh blood, but stains. If they are stained and nasty, they should THROW THEM AWAY!), and we weren't convinced that the sheets had even been changed before we got there, as they were all wrinkled, and the pad underneath was all scrunched up and not laid flat... C'mon, really?!. I asked for new sheets and made the bed myself. Upon leaving we took all of the sheets off each bed to ensure cleaning staff would be FORCED to put on new clean ones for the next guests. The room was swept, but small sticky mounds (maybe gum or gummy stickers) residue remained, which could be easily scraped up with a scraper, if the custodial staff cared enough to. No shampoo, just a couple bars of soap. If the hotel did a once a month sincere scrub down of every room, and pull away to sweep behind furniture, and wipe down walls (the toilet paper roll literally had a nasty brown smear on the wall next to it... ugh), that place would be so much better. This place was barely tolerable.

  : Paper thin walls! Can hear a fart through the wall. Can't sleep, can hear an entire conversation outside the window. Night time loitering outside window at 12midnight and 2am near staff check in with loud conversation. Shower complicated to use. Dirty, itchy floors.
