  : Location was good for what we were doing in New Jersey. Early check in was ok. 1 hour early which helped. Hilton honor rewards members should be 1st to get early check-ins as we had somewhere to be @4. Worked out ok.
  : Staff explaining about parking. They didn't. At all. Pissed us off. Told us Hilton had parking. In fact wasn't their parking facility at all. Would have been nice to know. Funny thing is NO STAFF could have cared less. We parked where they said, wasn't but 2 hours or so and we were charged $35. 2 hours. Not even that in NYC. Came back parked elsewhere until we had to leave again for our event. Had a sign said enter after 6 pm leave before 6 am. Had belongings in car so didn't want theft. Parked in safe garage. Got up went to car by 6 or so got to attendant @ 6:15. Didn't honor the sign. Jerk. Staff NO HELP. No Hilton validation of any kind. Never stay there again. Paid $225 for stay and over $100 on parking. Ridiculous. Staff should tell all hotel guests you pay every time you enter/exit garage. Then they want to send security after me at 2 am in the morning because I got hot under the collar because their panties were all up in a bunch. Go back to training and teach staff how to help guests not gouge them when they're loyal to the brand and spend good money to be treated accordingly. Nothing we can do doesn't cut it. Tell them to park elsewhere or where it's cheaper. Don't tell them Hilton has parking there because HILTON IN FACT DOES NOT.Maybe they're in cahoots together. Shady and will never go back.

  : The rooms and facilities were.extremely clean, modern, and well lit. The buffet breakfast and gym was a great added accommodation.

  : It’s located at the edge of the Chinatown and is only 10 minutes away from the old city. The room is large. WiFi is very fast.
  : The carpet in the room is old and appears dirty. The service of the restaurant on 10th floor during the breakfast time has much room to improve. There is a sign telling people to wait to be seated. If you just wait there, no staff will come to tell you that you are supposed to seat yourself, even though they walk right pass the waiting clients all the time.
