  : I arrived and found a unit that had not been cleaned. the property managers changed us to a room that only had one bed for my mother and I. a glitch in the system locked us out at 12am and I tried to call the emergency number. the listing was a Canadian number and my phone could not dial out of the country. why would you list a Canadian number for emergencies at a Philadelphia property? I had to wake my husband up to use his phone to call Canada. finally well after midnight we were in the place. we also realized that they had left a scant toilet paper roll and it wasn’t enough. for the money we spent, the experience was terrible. they did give a partial refund for the first night but it should have been more. I wouldn’t stay at this place ever again. the only thing that was good was the Comfy bed. also don’t be fooled by “free parking”. it should say free street parking - which means you will have to search around for a spot on tbe street which is very hard at night.
